H.B. 997. The bill almost immediately was taken up by the State Committee and we are awaiting a report of that vote. The repeal of the law that defines &quot;vicious&quot; dogs to include &quot;pit bulls&quot; regardless of the dog's behavior, is almost complete! The bill now goes back to the House of Representatives for a vote on the Senate version.
