Dog Thrown Off Overpass - Please Help

A Boston Terrier, black and white, male, aged about 6 months, was thrown in a black garbage bag off an overpass on the Atlantic City Expressway in Atlantic City, New Jersey on July 24, 2008 at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Chief Carl Galioto of the New Jersey SPCA has offered $1000 of his own money as a reward for an yone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed this heinous crime. New Jersey Aid for Animals and Animal Law Coalition are each offering $250 as a reward.

If you have any information about this dog or the crime, please call (609) 926-9325 or (609) 927-9059. Don't let animal abuse go unpunished.

Carl Galiota is no angel.

Carl Galiato is under the gun in Northern NJ for not inspecting a shelter that was recently closed for unhealthy unsanitary conditions. He's trying to get people out of the area to praise him. He took went to the Hudson County SPCA to inspect but instead turned and looked the other way while dogs and cats went unfed and left in filthy cages with no heat. Look up old articles of the Jersey Journal online or the Hudson County Reporter.

Carl Galiota is no saint. He's the biggest sinner of them all at the state SPCA.
